There is so much we carry.

Emotions we can’t express.
Questions we find uncomfortable.
Care Circle is a gentle, guided space where you don’t have to brush past any of it.
What is Care Circle?
A monthly, live online gathering for Muslim women where we:
- Reflect on meaningful Islamic + mental health topics
- Engage in guided journaling
- Gently explore what’s coming up for us
- Hold space for one another (without any pressure to share)
This is not a lecture.
This is not therapy.
This is a guided support circle to feel, reflect, and reconnect.
What does each session look like?
🖥️ Each session will be held online through Zoom or Google Meet.
🕘 Each session will run for 60–75 minutes.
📝 Basic program itinerary:
- Grounding through psychospiritual techniques
- A reflection topic
- Thoughtful journaling prompts
- Quiet writing time
- Optional sharing
- Closing Dua
