Whether you’re battling depression, anxiety, or feeling far from Allah ﷻ, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your feelings, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps towards healing and growth.

The journey to heal from years of emotional abuse, invalidation, and mental suffering is long, but it can start as soon as you decide to get the help you need.

I offer life coaching and Islamic counseling in the following areas:

1. Premarital and marital struggles

For women who are looking to get married or are newly married, I offer expert guidance to navigate the transition from single to marital life with confidence and grace.

Through personalized coaching and support, I help my clients build strong foundations for their relationships, communicate effectively with their partners, learn how to identify red flags, and navigate communication gaps with understanding.

2. Postpartum and motherhood challenges

For mothers to young children who are struggling with their mental health, I provide compassionate support and practical strategies to manage stress, prioritize self-care, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Together, we’ll explore ways to strengthen your mental and emotional well-being so you can show up as the best version of yourself for your family.

3. Relationship conflicts

For women dealing with marital issues involving their husband or in-laws, I offer culturally sensitive support and understanding to help navigate challenges and find solutions.

Whether you’re facing communication issues, conflicts, or other relationship struggles, I provide a safe space to explore your feelings, clarify your needs, and learn how to set healthy boundaries.

4. Spiritual disconnection and identity crisis

For Muslim women struggling with their spirituality and feeling lost in life, I offer guidance and support to nurture their spiritual growth and inner peace.

Through reflective exercises, spiritual practices, and personalized coaching, I help my clients rediscover their faith, get grounded in who they really are, and align their lives with their spiritual values and beliefs.

What Previous Clients Have Said…

THE BEST THING I’VE HAD FOR MY MENTAL HEALTH.

“I’ve loved the coaching I’ve received! It’s truly changed my life in so many ways and it’s something I’m going to remember, forever. The best therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve never felt so seen and understood, until now. Truly the best thing I’ve ever had for my mental health.” – A. M. (Australia)

I FINALLY FEEL VALIDATED AND ACKNOWLEDGED.

“I was given a place free of judgement and criticism to talk about how I felt and what I had been through, and as a result I was able to feel acknowledged. I’m thankful to you for showing me my own positive side, reminding me of my good intentions and praising me for the bravery I displayed in some of the hardest moments of my life.” – F. K. (Pakistan)

I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS SUPPORT.

“Before meeting Khadija, I was at a very low place in my life. My perspective is the only thing I knew, but through the sessions, I began to understand Islam and our role as humans in a lot more depth. I would definitely recommend her to everyone who needs support in any aspect of their lives. Your circumstances might not change dramatically but how you respond to them and who you become at the end of the sessions won’t leave you disappointed!” – S. A. (United Kingdom)
